We passionately embrace sustainability,
Striving to harmonize comfort with ecological consciousness. Every aspect of its design and operation is carefully curated to minimize environmental impact, from energy-efficient systems to the use of eco-friendly materials.
Theros home is a 150-year old three-storey house, is recently fully renovated.
For cooling, heating and hot water we use ductless mini-split pumps which are more environmentally than traditional systems.
Regarding bathrooms, there is an ample (almost 10sqm) bathroom on the 1st floor, there is another half bathroom on the ground floor, while you can have a shower either on the 2nd floor at the attic or at the balcony!!
